Zoho People Integration Guide

Before you begin

HRwise account with Admin access You need Company Admin access in HRwise to connect or manage HRIS integrations.

Zoho People account with Admin access You will be redirected to Zoho to grant HRwise read access to your People data.

How to connect

Path A — New Users Create an HRwise account via the Zoho landing page

Path B — Existing Users Connect from your HRIS Integration page

Visit the HRwise for Zoho People page

Go to the HRwise for Zoho People landing page and click "Create HRwise account for free".

Verify your email and enable the Zoho connection

Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email and set a password. Make sure the "Connect Zoho People" checkbox is checked, then click "Create Account & Connect Zoho People".

Authorise HRwise in Zoho

You will be redirected to the Zoho Accounts consent screen. Review the requested permissions and click "Accept" to complete the connection.

Open HRIS Integration

From the left sidebar, navigate to HRIS Integration. Find Zoho People in the list and click the "Connect" button.

Authorise HRwise in Zoho

You will be redirected to the Zoho Accounts consent screen. Review the requested permissions and click "Accept" to complete the connection.

What you can do

Automatic onboarding after connecting

Employees imported from Zoho People automatically receive an invitation email to join the HRwise platform — where they can upload their CVs, view their skills gaps and learning path data, and access their AI-generated career map.
Department managers assigned in HRwise also receive an invitation to join and manage their department's workforce directly — including access to the HRwise Agent for AI-assisted workforce decisions.
